With some exceptions, orders placed before 11:30 am are shipped the same day (except on weekends). Orders placed after 11.45am will be dispatched the next working day.

Then, the delivery time varies according to the carrier and the geographical area:

• Colissimo Relay Point (France): 2 to 5 working days
• Colissimo Home (France): 2 to 5 working days
• TNT (France): 1 to 2 working days 
• Colissimo International (Europe): 5 to 15 working days
• Colissimo International (Outside Europe) : 10 to 15 working days
